This project involved the gut renovation and conversion of a former nursing home into an Assisted Living Residence. The building’s “EL” shaped footprint lent itself to the positioning of amenity spaces at its center and resident rooms in each flanking wing. Our colleagues at AE Design created a bright, clean aesthetic using materials that are classic, durable and easy to maintain.
