A prestigous senior care center, needed to update its dining and lounge spaces in support of a new short-term rehabilitation unit. Existing lounge spaces were re-purposed as a bistro for residents and families. Large existing dining rooms were visually subdivided into intimate dining areas to create a restaurant style atmosphere. Soft seating parlors within or adjacent to dining rooms provide relaxing after-dinner conversation areas. The end result is a state-of-the-art look to match the facilities’ cutting edge care.
