This ambitious upgrade of a senior apartment residence, left no stone unturned. The upgrade starts at the curb with new public and decorative on-site sidewalks which lead to a completely upgraded two-story lobby with new finishes, reception desk, lighting, mailbox wall and video intercom system. All public spaces and resident apartments were refinished and refurnished including new HVAC and fire protection systems. The building’s envelope was completely upgraded with a new roof system, new windows and masonry repointing/repairs. Outdoor recreational spaces were repaved and appointed with new landscaping and site furnishings.
