We were tasked upon to create options for redeveloping this existing senior care campus. Understanding this organization’s business plan for growth, we undertook a complete in-depth analysis of all functions which allowed us to come up with two distinct options: new construction -v- alterations and additions. Our services included meeting with user groups, documenting existing functional inventory, assessing program and needs development, providing a physical plant conditions report, code analysis and compliance, phasing and logistics, site planning and budget cost estimation.
